Title Waves is an insert set in 2001 Donruss Elite. The 30-card base set features some of the games’s current greatest players. Only 3 pitchers are included in the set. The cards were randomly inserted into packs and each card is serial numbered to a special year in the player’s career. The set is also paralleled by a Holo-Foil set that was serial numbered to 100 copies per card.
