Jacques Louise Mercier (born on April 26th, 1968) was a French soldier, paratrooper, and officer in the French Army's Parachute Division, and specialized in bioterrorism. He served in the Gulf War, cross-trained and deployed alongside the United States Marine Corps. It was during this time that the young officer met and became friends withAndrew McDonald.
