Woolamander Harrower Bone Fragments can be looted off of Woolamander Harrowers. They can be found on Yavin IV in the Woolamander Temple POI (477,-616). Only two spawn at a time and the respawn timer for each is 8 minutes. It has been rumoured that they can also sometimes be found at (0,0) due to a warping bug.
