It is a small, blue tree house that has a number of pulleys that help the Sloths to get around faster. This house was Dr. Robotnik's target to lure Sonic into a trap. By throwing Scratch and Grounder out of his Egg-O-Matic Robotnik caused the Badniks to do a sufficient amount of damage to the house. Sonic came to help and was able to quickly repair all the damages.
