Delayed Sneak Attack was a Ninja feat which taught how to delay the effects of damage via precisely aimed strikes, so that they were not immediately felt or noticed. This feat was usually used in conjunction with weapons that inflicted nearly unnoticeable damage, such a shuriken or blowguns, to allow an assassin time to escape before his deed was noticed.
