After preforming the necessary hand seals several orbs of compressed water will start to appearing around the user. Once all the orbs appear the user will thrust their palm in the direction of their target(s), this transforms the compressed orbs of water into lance like beams of highly pressurized water that strong enough to cut through stone with ease. This jutsu can also be used as a lightning release.
