Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a very rare and incurable degenerative neurological disorder (brain disease) that is ultimately fatal. It is the most common of the transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs). In 1995, there was an outbreak of the disease in Dudley, Arkansas that was rapidly transmitted through a cannibalistic cult. (TXF: "Our Town")
