Raikou imbues a feather, taken from his signature summonings, with the Flying Thunder God Technique formula. This basically still works the same however it superior. As he does not needed to tag anyone but instead just has to concentrate on where he wants to go and he'll be instantly transported to the location, leaving a falling feather in their place. This technique is mainly for long range travel and does not work well if he does not know area he is teleporting to. This can cause Raikou to be lost in Space-Time.
