Things like this are "legal" until they happen and someone goes to court and claims to have been "physically violated" by the incident. I would claim that, I definitely do not want someone's disgusting fluids over me, I would sue. So, make sure if you attempt this, do it on an uniformed person. Preferably a lawyer or a judge. It will be illegal before you know it.
