Robert Whitman was a Grayson citizen and an officer of the Grayson Army. As an armsman in the Harrington Steadholder's Guard, he replaced Eddy Howard on Steadholder Honor Harrington's permanent security party. He was aboard HMS Prince Adrian when the vessel surrendered to the People's Navy, and was killed covering Harrington's escape from the brig in PNS Tepes. (HH7)
