Catalena Rinne was a court martial judge at the employ of the Lyran Starfleet Judge Advocate General who later became the first officer of the Enterprise (BC-348). She was most famous for demoting Senior commodore Akeelah to Captain and assigning her to command the Enterprise as punishment.
