The Millionaire's Daughter is a bratty young girl who first appears in "House of Bloo's". She is very rich, snotty and persnickety. Frankie is appalled by her assumption that an imaginary friend is just a toy, and tries to pawn off the equally snotty and rude imaginary friend Duchess onto her. She attempts to adopt Bloo and rename him "Tiffany", but fails and leaves Foster's empty-handed after Mac arrives at the last minute. Her mother and father decide to just buy their daughter a pony instead.
