The three yellow stripes on each of the creature's legs are of particular interest, as they could theoretically be meaningful symbols in the "culture" of Hell. Alternatively, of course, they may simply be natural markings. Another point of interest are the creature's eyes, which have a yellow glow markedly similar to the effects of an Invulnerability Artifact. Other demons similar to the Pinky Demon include the Bull Demon, the Belphegor, as well as the Spectre and the Nightmare Spectre.
