The Lunar Lagoon is a location in Ōkami and Ōkamiden. Found in Ryoshima Coast, it is where the Sunken Ship was attacked by the Water Dragon. The lagoon gets its name from the crescent moon-shaped design on the ocean floor beneath it, which can be viewed most easily from the Moon Turret. Whenever the moon is visible in the sky, the waters in Lunar Lagoon will recede, allowing one to safely walk on the ocean floor. This is the only way to enter the Sunken Ship. In Ōkamiden, the lagoon no longer has the crescent moon design on the ocean floor, but the ship is still visible from the Moon Turret.
