Booryazmei (aka Бурязмей, Russian for Storm Serpent) is an Adult Western Dragon. His lair is in the Yamalia region of Yakutia. His name comes from his habit of appearing during storms, accompanied by the spirits of storms, and because it spits lightning instead of more common fire. In 2064 he engaged Russian army around Novosibirsk, and killed the Russian Secretary-General Dzhermiya Ogurznev during his inspection tour.
