The Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, Nanotechnological and Temporal Weapons Treaty is a story element, without a definite story hook yet. In the vein of 20th century WMD treaties, it bans the use of such weapons, but extends the definition to include futuristic weapons, namely nanotechnological and temporal.
