Ralth Yeona is the Treasury Chancellor of the Corporate Sector Authority, with excellent links to Supreme Moff Sevrus as they were childhood friends. The links between the two governments have grown to greatly increase trade prospects between both governments. It is rumoured that Ralth Yeona gifted the CSA financial acuman (in the form of his advise and accountants) to Sevrus which resulted in the development of many of the new Trade laws that Sevrus created. Ralth Yeona was present during the keynote address that presented the Registration Act to the galaxy.
