The Nixon Foundation was a nongovernmental organization from the Solarian League. In the 1920s PD, a Nixon expedition led by Jerome Luther was sent to the Swallow System in the Verge to investigate allegations of human rights violations by the government of President Rosa Shuman. The expedition was allegedly financed by a competitor company of the Tallulah Corporation to turn up something that would force the Office of Frontier Security to intervene and disrupt Tallulah's lucrative business in Swallow.
