Raya in 1198 scoured the Colonies for the place where an Ashalan known as the Crystal Wind was in deep slumber, alongside Chenko, the monk Buraindo, Kyoya and Ide Kamino. Kyoka and Chenko were lost before the rest of the group realized the Ashalan had awakened. Buraindo was controlled by the Crystal Wind's will and killed Raya. No one returned.
