Laura Bonnah appeared in two roles in Coronation Street: as PC Sandra Haleford in October 2008 who took part in the investigation into Rosie Webster's disappearance and in June 2015 as drugs counsellor Sue Stoker who was helping Kylie Platt with her addiction. She trained at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and has also appeared in Wire in the Blood, Hollyoaks and Daziel and Pascoe while theatre roles include parts in The Cherry Orchard, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Glass Menagerie and England Arise!
