Brandon son of Krendon was an apprentice blacksmith from an 1102 close earth parallel with normal mana. After helping dispose of some meddlesome wizards (Centrum agents) he took his well earned spoils of 10 steel ornaments (grenades) back to the forge to melt them down into something useful. Brandon still exists in the way that matter cannot be created or destroyed, but in any recognizable fashion you can’t find a more dead character.
