Terraplén is the peninsular waterfront roadway in Ivalion along Ivalion Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean, built along a 18th seawall meant to serve as a fortification in case of invasion. Its name is Spanish for embankment. Terraplén's right-of-way begins at Center Street along the Atlantic at Redding Park, and travels north along the waterfront. It continues underneath the Henry James Bridge and westward towards International Plaza. After passing center street again, it continues southward, and ends at the Donovan Expressway.
