Millicent Smith (2535-2612) was the Alorian Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Luthori Succession Crisis. She is a leader in the Democratic Rationalist Party in Aloria, and became President of Aloria in March 2577. She continued to serve in that position until 2584. Like most Alorians, she is a member of the Bogist faith. She entered into a highly publicized courtship with Luthori's John Kennedy in the early 2580's. They married in 2585. Smith is also the older cousin of Richard Smith, a former president of Aloria. She had one son named Theodore Kennedy.
