Three Medal Pickup is a medal that appears in the multiplayer mode of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. It is awarded if the player opens a treasure chest during a match. They will also be rewarded with three medals towards the cost of their kickback, although these medals are not counted at the end of the match. The medal is worth $50. Earning these medals will upgrade the Back in the Saddle booster.
