The Chiss Emperor was the title of the Chiss Empire's leader. It controlled every aspect of the government and received millions of Intergalactic Credits a day. The Chiss Emperor would be a title held by each leader until the Empire's demise many years after the Great Alliance War. Many citizens of the Chiss Empire resented and loathed the emperor. He lived like a true king while most of the other citizens starved.
