Shaparo was a Rebel Alliance agent. Shaparo was the owner of astromech droid R2-Q8. He modified its Intellex IV droid brain to access prison records of the Dnalvec garrison on Sriluur. During the battle of Archais, Shaparo's "patchwork" was essential to rescue Akul Witig's unit (probably Midnight Squadron or Storm Squadron) after they were trapped on Tylerin Enbankment.
