DNA Evolver (スボリューション, Suboryūshon) is the part of Kyurem's body found by itself. This DNA Evolver used the eariler generation Pokémon to permanently evolve into Mega Evolution while they holds their Mega Stones. According to anime movie, Kyurem saying that DNA Evolver used the stone to evolve into second and true final form. By connecting the Mega Ring, the Mega Stone was glowing at their Pokémons then evolved into Mega form.
