. Phylarch was a prominent factor in the Reaper's Cycle of Extinction for the time that it was active. It was the original Vanguard, left behind in the Milky Way after each cycle to reactivate the Citadel when the time was right. This would change after it sustained massive damage in the battle against the Ronac species. It's severely damaged body was left in the orbit of Refandum after It's final battle with the Ronac.
