Nori was a female Ilari. She was wife to Tieran, a tyrant who had the ability to transfer his consciousness to another's body. When the ship she and Tieran were on exploded, they were beamed over to the USS Voyager along with their physician Adin. Tieran died, but not before transferring his consciousness to Kes. Nori helped Tieran escape from the Voyager aboard a shuttle and stayed loyal to him even after he decided while he was in Kes' body to marry another for political purposes, Ameron, son of the deceased Autarch.
