SIS Order J-V326-0987P was a directive issued by the Republic Strategic Information Service, the Galactic Republic's intelligence agency, involving the descendants of criminals incarcerated at the prison complex on the planet Belsavis. The order decreed that the descendants of prisoners born on Belsavis were never allowed to emigrate off of the planet, despite repeated appeals to the prison warden. The directive gave rise to the rebellious group of second-generation prisoners known as the Condemned, led by the Kaleesh Nyranos.
