The RG9670 features neck-through construction with Honduran mahogany body wings with a flame maple top on a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret flame maple bound ebony fingerboard with Tree of Life vine inlays. Components include DiMarzio pickups in an HSH configuration, an Edge Pro double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut. The RG9570 is a very similar model with cosmo white hardware and offset dot position markers rather than the Tree of Life inlay. The RG8670 is another similar model without the neck-through construction and with violet chrome hardware.
