(VOY: "Flesh and Blood") The Boray was a homage to an alien race from the 1978 version of Battlestar Galactica. (Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 92) ) According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 92) , the conference was held on the Boray homeworld.
