Eric "Ferret" Baudoin was one of the game designers of Van Buren, Black Isle's canceled Fallout 3 project. He originally designed Maxson bunker and Hoover Dam which were later passed on to other designers after he left Black Isle. He was also a quest designer and writer for Fallout 4.
