Magick Gloves is an accessory that requires the Accessories 9 license to equip, and increases Magick power when the user's HP is full, giving +20% Magic damage, +50% healing, and doubled accuracy on offensive status spells. It can be bought for 3,200 gil at Eruyt Village, Mt Bur-Omisace, and Mosphoran Highwaste, found as treasure at Ozmone Plain (The Shred), stolen from Lizard at the Paramina Rift (3% chance), or by completing the "Patient in the Desert" sidequest.
