Mandy is the daughter of Bulk's best friend Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch, daughter of Kimberly Skullovitch and sister to Spike Skullovitch. She is smarter than Spike and is also a spoiled brat, always gets what she wants and does what she wants. She lives in Angel Grove with her brother while her parents are on a 1-year-vacation on a cruise ship. She works at the Angel Grove Youth Center, Gym & Juice Bar with Skull's old boss Ben. She has a crush on Lewis.
