Simplicity 1925; ©1947; One Piece Sun Dress and Bolero: The front buttoning dress is fitted with darts at the front underarm and back waistline. The shoulder strap and bodice front are cut in one. The skirt, made in 5 pieces, has 4 rows of gathers on either side of the front. A purchased or self belt is used. In Style 1, the bolero, lined with contrasting fabric, has a shoulder tuck at the front and back. A contrasting bow finishes the dress. in Style 2, the bolero jacket is not lined.
