Urtamba was a skilled Jedi, and specialized in Force usage and mediation. Due to his Chevin background and ancestry, Urtamba was always stubborn and commanding at times, wanting everything to end up the way he wanted it to. Before taking refugee on Hypori to train Osaig, Urtamba had earned himself a seat on the council and remained there for twelve years. Urtamba, due to his nearly paralyzed state and slow movement, was considered a Sage Master. His rightful position was to remain on the Council, teaching Knights and hopefuls the way of the Jedi.
