The Guardian is a heavily-armored, axe-wielding warrior who watches the gates of Castle IronSpire. He refused entry to Kevin Keene and Simon Belmont when they came to find Princess Lana, so they had to bribe him with the coins and gems they got from the 7 Warp Dwarves. The Guardian was very excited, and allowed them to enter the castle.
