Wade Donato is a video voyeur who spied on several women as they used the restroom. He was a urophiliac, or a man sexually aroused by the sight of urination. When he was identified and arrested by SVU detectives, Donato pointed them in the direction of Meredith Rice, who he saw having sex with an underage student, in an attempt to reach a plea bargain. It likely did not succeed, and he was imprisoned for multiple counts of video voyeurism. (SVU: "Head")
