Patreonus is the subsection for sketchbook fillers from August 2014, the first month when Dan offered on Patreon to draw "sketchbook" images for backers. Along with the images for the backers, there are also two "milestone" images with topic chosen by Dan, and those are the only images with multiple panels: while there was a multi-panel option, no-one chose that.
