A physio-cultural report was a documented testimonial provided to the United Federation of Planets by a government seeking Federation admission, detailing the environmental, physical, and cultural conditions of the planet. In the 2260s, the planet Gideon submitted a physio-cultural report to the Federation which made it out to be a virtual paradise.
