William Annan, or William, Earl of Gabriel is a soldier in the J Andres army and is the son of Lily, Duchess of Rossingol and Thomas, Baron of Mystic. He is heir to the Duchy of Rossingol. William's father, Thomas, was a military man, enlisting in the army during Richard's Rebellion and is credited with the capture of Emperor Richard. William also answered the call of duty, enlisting in the J Andres army during the Grand Mexican War. Shortly after his enlistment, he was deployed to New York City.
