Deak Bowman was a working man who lived on the planet of Aquilae, and had been born into the Sith regime brought to their galaxy by Darth Plagueis when he took influence over the latent Force-users of their region of space. Deak himself would turn out to have latent Force potential, but tried hiding it for as long as he could.
