The Executive Secretariat is the government body of the Interstellar Dominion that functions as the offices of the Grand Vizier. The Executive Secretariat consists of the Vizier's closest advisers and immediate staff. It also includes several layers of support staff reporting to the Vizier. Generally, the overall agenda of the Troman High Council and the government of the Interstellar Dominion comes out of this office. The presiding officer of the body is the Senior Counselor to the Grand Vizier.
