Hope Citadel was a small, secret Peace Brigade spaceport/fortress in the arctic wilderness of Centares. It was established as a headquarters for a Peace Brigade fleet which could be used to destroy the planet's defenses, leaving it open to Yuuzhan Vong attack. The base was commanded by Colonel Krindwes and his liaison, His Eminence Kraav Ymbi.
