Suzanne Holbrook was a solicitor who arrived to arrange the sale of the Rovers Return Inn in April 2011. She was forced to leave when Liz McDonald was called away by the police because Jim was involved in an armed robbery to obtain the money to buy the pub. Holbrook later returned when Steve secretly reported himself and Becky to Social Services, acting in the best interests of his daughter, he asked for advice. Suzanne appeared again a few weeks later as Steve successfully tricked Tracy Barlow into signing forms to give him legal access to Amy.
