The Failed American Revolution timeline assumes that news never reached Concord that the British were coming to seize the arms hidden at Barrett's Farm. As such, the army were successful in this and also seized arms at Worcester. The colonies did revolt, however the revolution was easily quashed and America remained a British colony, expanding much more quickly.
