Details: Gordon Weaver was a resident of White Bear Lake, Minnesota married to Jean Weaver, who was planning on divorcing her husband after seventeen years of marriage. On October 16, 1999, Jean planned to join her sister and brother-in-law to visit another sister at her cabin. When she didn't show up, Jean's sister called the house but received no response, so she and her husband drove to the Weaver home and found it on fire. Firefighters then discover Jean's burnt body inside the house, lying face down in several inches of water, and the family dog was found dead in an upstairs closet. Jean's 16 year old son was not home.
