The medusa queen is the upgrade to the medusa, the fourth-level creature of the Dungeon in Heroes of Might and Magic III. It can be found at the Upgraded Chapel of Stilled Voices. This upgrade increases attack, defense, speed, and hit points slightly, and grants the medusa queen twice as many shots as the medusa.
