This episode talks about the death of Phil, Dorothy's brother. Phil was a cross dresser,and his wife and Sophia don't get along. It is later revealed they had multiple children, one of whom flunked out of animal grooming school. Some of the boys are well behaved and polite. An argument about what Phil is to be wearing almost kicks Sophia out of the wedding, before she and Phil's wife reconcile.
